The Agricultural Holding

The Addario Chieco Balsamo Agriculture Holding property owned by the brothers Giovanna, Anna, Francesco, Mario and Valeria, result of the original property that, over the generations, has been handed down to descendants, now covers about 250 hectares of land in Puglia, cultivated with vineyards, olive grove and wheat, situated between the provinces of Bari and Brindisi. With over two centuries of history and entrepreneurial tradition, the  Addario Chieco Balsamo Agriculture Holding is characterized by a constant vocation for innovation and a continuous updating of techniques of plant management, assuring the production of certified organic A.O.C. grapes, used to produce very fine wines, and organic olives P.D.O. of "Coratina", variety from which comes the much appreciated extra virgin olive oil  with its unmistakable bright green color and its intense aftertaste.
